210 North Carpenter Street
The design for a new commercial office building in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood strived to achieve a balance between the needs of a contemporary office and the context of a rapidly evolving neighborhood. Industrial materials such as common brick and blackened steel were used to reflect the area’s past, while the large open floor plates, generous amenity spaces, and expansive views toward downtown meet the needs of tenants such as Google and Revolution Marketing.
